General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases via the online shop of:

Ordering through this shop constitutes the customer's full agreement to these General Terms and Conditions.
MandalaDreams offers handmade mandala artworks created by Agnès Hermann.
The artworks may be painted on Canvas, stones and paper or other materials as described in the individual product listing.
Each handmade artwork is unique. Small variations in color, texture, brushwork and details are part of the handmade character of the artwork and are not considered defects. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our artworks accurately.
Because many artworks are unique pieces, an artwork shown as available in the online shop may only be sold once.
If an item becomes unavailable due to a technical error or another unforeseen circumstance, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund any payment already made for that item.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the online shop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable.
Any additional charges relating to international orders, such as customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Ordering and conclusion of contract
By submitting an order through the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
After an order has been submitted, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation.
The contract is concluded when MandalaDreams accepts the order, normally by sending the order confirmation.
6. Payment
The payment methods available at checkout may include:
• credit/debit card
• TWINT
• bank transfer
The available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location and the payment services available at the time of purchase.
For bank transfers, payment instructions are provided with the order.
An artwork will normally be prepared for dispatch once the required payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are stated on the website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, customs procedures or other unforeseen events.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and for complying with any applicable import requirements.
8. International orders
Customers ordering from outside Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise.
MandalaDreams cannot guarantee the exact amount or application of such charges.
9. Inspection upon delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and artwork as soon as possible after delivery.
If an artwork has been damaged during transport, the customer should contact us promptly and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork.
We will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
10. Returns and refunds
Because MandalaDreams sells handmade and often unique artworks, returns are subject to the conditions described on our Shipping & Returns page and applicable Swiss law.
If a return is accepted, the artwork must be returned in an appropriate condition and packaging.
Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original purchase where reasonably possible.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Defects and non confirming goods
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory rights that customers may have under applicable law.If an artwork arrives defective or does not correspond materially to the agreed order, the customer should contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
12. Intellectual property
All artworks, photographs, texts, logos, designs and other content created by MandalaDreams remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork to the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise. The customer may not reproduce, copy, commercially exploit or distribute an artwork or website content without prior written permission.
13. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, MandalaDreams is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply to customers in other jurisdictions.
